Nicolas is not your average boy next door. Growing up in the south suburbs of Chicago, Nicolas has always been infatuated with professional wrestling. Macho Man, Chris Jericho & CM Punk were his earliest influences that lead Nicolas to pursuing a career in professional wrestling. He is co-owner and founder of one of the hottest indy wrestling promotions in the Midwest, Freelance Wrestling. He proudly promotes the "Defend Indy Wrestling" movement which aims to create awareness that there is an alternative out there from main stream wrestling.

What do you wake up thinking about?

Usually thinking that I wish I could still be sleeping then trying to figure out what time it is and what I need to do today.

What's your morning ritual?

pretty much wake up, check my phone, shower, get dressed, find some food, then head out the door.

How does social media play into your daily life?

Social media plays a pretty large role in my life. Between wrestling and my personal life, I'm constantly on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram keeping up with what's going on.

Are we more connected or disconnected than before?

I think it goes without saying that we are more connected now than we've ever been. I can keep up with friends that I haven't talked to in years just by swiping down my phone. I think it could be considered both good and bad but for me I think the convenience speaks for itself.

What is most important to you in life?

The most important thing to me in life is just to be happy with whatever you're doing. If you're not happy and you can't enjoy anything else, try to make the most out of a bad situation and always have a good time.
